Hardypond completed a 31,000-square foot building, the Cutts Avenue Apartments, on the same development site as our Notre Dame de Lourdes Apartments, which received an honor from Maine Preservation. While the new building incorporates some architectural materials from the neighboring church apartments as interesting design features, the clean lines and contemporary design of the building offers an exciting juxtaposition to the historic church next door.
