Hardypond Construction delivered a new multi-use building situated between two of the client’s hotel properties. The building includes corporate office space on the upper floor and space on the ground floor designed to accommodate a potential restaurant in the future, planned to meet the client’s operational and functional needs.
Scope of Work
The project included construction of steel-framed and concrete slab structures, an elevator and stair tower, private offices, conference rooms, and support spaces. The interior features flexible partitioning to accommodate a variety of office layouts. The building’s systems were designed for efficiency, including geothermal heating. The work was completed in June 2025.
